The scrumptious Coffee Crunch Cake is assembled with two to three layers of German Chocolate sponges filled with whipped coffee cream and toffee caramel crunches spread in between in each layer. The top of the Chocolate Crunch Cake is frosted with a crumb coat with coffee cream spread all around it. The crunchy caramel toffee is topped on top of the cake as well.
