What should I do if Delivery isn’t on time?
Normally our team attempts twice to remit items, if required. In some rare situations if any delay occurs due to our service partners negligence or any problem in the system, you can claim refund. But if the delay is caused by customer’s unavailability at destined address or something similar happens then your refund request will not be entertained.
What do I do, if received items aren’t in good condition?
You can claim refund or request replacement in case if you get damaged or impaired item but refund request should be made within 24 hours starting from the time when you receive the parcel. For all items other than damaged ones, replacement can be requested within 48 hours with no additional shipping charges, but items must be unused and in original form.
Will I get refund if my delivery is lost or few items are missing in case of multiple orders?
Yes, you will get refund for the items being missing or lost, as it is cause by our team. But we try our best to avoid such inconvenience.
What is your refund policy in case order is cancelled?
Order cancellation can be processed within 24 hours after the placement of order. If your cancellation request is endorsed, you will get full refund.
Does refund policy applies on all items?
Yes, refund policy applies on all offered products except few consumable delicate items like cakes and flowers. Because these items don’t retain their original form over longer period.
What are the measures to request replacement?

How can I send items back in case of replacement?
Firstly, you need to submit a replacement request, if it is considered then you can send it back in same packing on predestined address.
