Refund Policies:

Replacement – items that have not been received in good condition

In the case of perishable goods, a replacement request must be sent within 24 hours of receipt of the articles. In the case of all other items, a return / exchange order must be sent within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. There are no additional shipping costs for delivery of alternative Items.

Return shipment (delivery of e-mail)

To deliver goods by mail, our logistics partners try to deliver the goods twice. If delivery is not performed during all two attempts due to an unavailable / blocked location, etc., the customer will still be charged. If the delivery is not performed, customers can request a refund for undelivered goods.

Return vs unsold (cakes and flowers)

For delivery of cakes and flowers the delivery of items is carried out only once. Because it is perishable in nature, neither nor our license partner can offer any refund for these items. However, if for any reason deliveries are lost or not executed, customers can request a refund if they are not delivered.

Return canceled orders

For all approved cancellations, the costs of the order are fully refunded. The customer must report within 24 hours after placing the order.

Partial recovery

In the case of ordering multiple goods, if the delivery is not made for certain goods, customers will be reimbursed for goods or services that have not been delivered.
